Anyway, better late than never.
I am sure most people have heard of Christmas Island. The Territory of Christmas Island is a small, non-self-governing territory of Australia located in the Indian Ocean.
Nothing really special, just an island and I'm not paid to advertise it as any tourist destination.
However, this island made it's way into Damngraphic because of one thing. Crabs.
Feast your eyes on these.
These are Christmas Island red crabs. There are millions of it on Christmas Island and every year around November, there is a mass migration to the sea to spawn. The roads will be filled with crabs and they might even end up in houses. Thousands will be killed on the road but there's still plenty for everyone.
Here is a close up of a red crab.
Other than this, there is another type of crab which I find unusual. It is called coconut crab. It is also found on Christmas Island though not as much as the red crab. Here is the image.

Yes.. i always thought those crabs were gross. Like worms or termites crawling across the road. How people drive i also dont know.
EEE.. the other crab also as bad. Or maybe even WORST! Like spider... yuck, i hate insects, arachnids and whatever else! YUCK YUCK!!
The lizards dont look too bad though.. LOL
