The Beginning of The End.

I won't post here unless absolutely necessary. Quite obvious since it looks pretty much dead.
As people know, I only diss verbally, if it ends up here, you've crossed the line.
Even the Permanent Head Damager hasn't been here for a long time, due to him furthering his studies elsewhere. That's another story.

Case 1: Human Attitue Declination.
Human behaviour has shown obvious signs of declining into oblivion.
With so called reports of improvement in 'examination' results, students getting better with more As in their certs showing how 'smart' they are, you know the drill. If you ask my comment, just flush that freaking piece of toilet paper written with As into a toilet bowl full of shit because it's a load of crap. (No I'm not jealous, my results are fine)
So what if people's results are getting 'better', their attitude is a piece of crap and no one seem to care. So, why I care, because I'm stuck in between.
If anyone from the Education Ministry is reading this just come to my school for a day and you'll see. They can't even follow simple rules.

Case 2: Underage viewing of pornography. ----And Stupidity of An AssHead..
5 fifteen years old female students, who're prefects, were reported to have gotten a handphone containing pornographic material from a 17 years old male student after school and watches it.
One of the girls has borrowed the phone from the boy and brought it to the others. They were reported by an outsider to be watching that material. After receiving info, officials of the prefectorial board set to work investigating the case. After a few questionings and operations, the phone has been seized and the culprits determined. The ones involved were questioned with a few others to enable them to admit the offence, however 3 did not. When questioned personally only did they give in. However, the response of 2 out of the 3 did not show any guilt or fear even when face with 5 of the highest ranking prefects. It is later concluded that 2 of them should be suspended for a week because they admitted and have good conduct previously, 1 would be suspended for 2 weeks because it is believed she is worthy of a second chance and the other 2 would be fired due to them not suited to continue being a prefect.
Report sent.
Action Denied.

New action to be taken: 2 admitted, suspend a week. Other three suspend for two weeks.
Reasons for new action:
(i) This is their first offence, chances should be given.
(ii) They have not met the disciplinary teachers in person, therefore, unable to charge them for unorderly conduct.
(iii) They were not given any warning for past conducts and were not properly brief of rules and regulations of the prefectorial board, so, responsibilities should be taken by the officials (AJKs)
(iv) Procedures show be followed. They were not given warnings in forms of black and white. Therefore unable to be fired as would arouse the anger of parents.
(v) Parents would trouble the teachers for firing them on their first conduct which would lead to unwanted problems to come, like uniform.
(vi) AJKs should not be emotional in taking action towards the offenders and should be dealt with accordingly even though the offence sparked the anger of many.

Negotiation: First attempt: Failed.

I'm done reporting. Here comes the screwing. Is she out of her mind! Yes, its a she, and she said all those crap on top.
First offence is good enough to get rid of them. You want us to wait till they start selling copies of the shit before taking action?
They have not met you? Bullshit, you've been on stage speaking to every prefect there and don't think so highly of yourself, it's not like they'll turn into stone because of your stare. You're not Medusa.
No warnings?! Not briefed on the rules?! They're freaking 15 years old, and these are common and basic rules and regulations of the school. NO HANDPHONES ALLOWED AND STRICTLY NO PORN IN SCHOOL! Now you blame us? What's in your head slump/vacuum/shit/bullshit/your shit?
Procedures? Firing them for serious offence IS a PROCEDURE! What? This not serious enough? Or you want them to start stuffing the phone into each others butts to be considered serious?
Parents? PARENTS?! They are watching stuff which they're not suppose to and you're only concerned about their uniforms? You think parents are stupid or are you stupid? If the parents come to school and tell me in my face that they're fine with their daughters watching porn in school, I have nothing to say.

Are you a freaking chicken or what? You're a TEACHER! Do what you're suppose to. Teach students properly. They will not learn and grow unless they are punished for their actions. Somethings can't be given second chances. Let them learn how to be responsible! If you're so chicken to even do something properly, fine, I'll be getting popcorn ready and see how you screw the whole place into shit. Just don't start putting the blame on me or any of my AJKs for your cowardice. I just have a few months to go and I don't want to be the scapegoat for your pile of shit. I wish you a merry shitting session and a happy pile of crap.
